Coffee Bug Express
A locally run family business​

Many of our staff have been long term Coffee Bug Express team members. Some from as far back as our first Griffith University site in 2005, where Coffee Bug Express concentrated its efforts after selling the first site in the TAFE building, Southport. From those humble beginnings, we are now well known across the Gold Coast
Since 2005, we kept the great minds of the future well caffeinated with two stores located at Griffith University Gold Coast. Coffee Bug Express soon grew in the hearts and minds of our neighbours at Gold Coast University Hospital, and we were given the grand opportunity to expand yet again in 2013, bringing our unique express experience to the GCUH food court.
It is such an honour to be part of the Queensland Health precinct and bring our fast paced, friendly service to the dedicated first responders as well as the patients and visitors. We pride ourselves on providing stellar products to those who need it most, and need it quickly with our grab and go approach.
Before we knew it, Coffee Bug Express was called for expansion yet again, this time with our very first Drive Thru. Situated on Brisbane road, we are able to relieve you from the hustle and bustle of traffic and provide you with a much needed pick me up, without the need to leave your car! Our direct entrance driveway means you’ll be back on the road feeling refreshed and ready for your day.
